		<description>I&#039;ve just done the test and found that my test age is  just over 1 year older than my real age!  Although I&#039;m not convinced it&#039;s a very accurate test, it is useful to confirm, what I already know, that I would benefit from making some small changes i.e. do a little bit less work and do a bit more exercise.  
I think the important thing for us all to do is to tune in to our bodies and listen to our bodies wisdom.  When people start to do that, things like managing a healthy weight it easy, straightforward.  It&#039;s only when we stop listening to what&#039;s going on inside our body that we create problems for ourselves.  Food is a great way to anesthetize us from unpleasant feelings. Waking up to what our body is saying and accepting our feelings is the way to reclaim our power, and the great thing is it doesn&#039;t matter how old you are it&#039;s never too late!
